Почему "Дольче и Габбана" согласились только на Кайли Миноуг и Роберто ди Маттео. Why Dolce & Gabbana are the only thing Roberto Di Matteo and Kylie Minogue agree on.
We should be so lucky: last night Dolce & Gabbana and GQ teamed up for a spectacular launch party for London Collections: Men hosted by the stunning Kylie Minogue and dancer Roberto Bolle. Guests admiring the tailoring and enjoying the entertainment - including a live performance by violinist Charlie Siem - included David Gandy, Jack Guinness, Marivn Humes, Roberto Di Matteo, Sam Webb and Thom Evans.

Kylie Minogue schmoozes with David Gandy as celebs attend posh fashion party. The petite pop star, 45, defied her years in a glamorous polka dot mini dress at the D&G launch part
t would seem that Kyle Minogue knows the secret to eternal youth and beauty as she defies her years and catches the eye of David Gandy.
The pop star, 45, looked amazing in a polka dot mini dress teamed with a lace petticoat and thigh-high boots to show off her iconic slim figure.
So it’s no wonder David, one of the most in-demand male models in the world, schmoozed the Australian beauty on the sofas at the fashion party.
They were joined by other celebs who were attending Dolce and Gabbana and GQ's launch party to kick of London Collections: Men in central London last night.
Former JLS star Marvin Humes had a night off baby duty after recently posting some adorable pictures of his daughter, while Kelly Brook’s ex-boyfriend Thom Evans was also strutting around all handsome at the bash in the New Bond St. store.
During the night, guests were entertained by violinist Charlie Siem which sounds a little more upmarket than One Direction’s new album.
From Lou Dalton to Topman and Mr Hare, model David Gandy rounds up his highlights of the first day of London Collections: Men.
I’m a huge supporter of London Collections: Men and of all thing British, and this week provides a fantastic platform to showcase of all the great talent we have here - and provides an opportunity for us to shout about what we do best.
We all had to get our style on for the opening events on Sunday evening. Rake magazine marked the start of the season with champagne at Claridges, followed by a party at Dolce and Gabbana, where I was sat next to the lovely Kylie Minogue and then on for private drinks at David Furnish’s house - much more of an exciting Sunday evening than sitting at home in front of the TV.
A very wet, dark and early Monday morning couldn’t dampen my spirits, such was the huge anticipation for the start of the fourth LC:M. A breakfast hosted by the chairman of LC:M, Dylan Jones, was followed by the first catwalk show as Lou Dalton opened for the second season and set a really high standard. It's obviously an honour to open the shows but also, I imagine, a lot of pressure.

Topman impressed with its Fifties-style pleated wide-legged trousers, something that Gordon Richardson (Creative Director of Topman) joked that he’d seen me in a couple of seasons ago, and I absolutely adored the almost full-length wide overcoats. It’s always great for a designer to explain his collection, so that the rest of us can fully understand the concept, so it was great to catch up with Gordon after the show - one of the perks of me being an Ambassador for LC:M. The finale of rain over the runway and the models was a spectacular ending… but then rain is something else which the British do well!

Mr Hare, one of the true modern gentlemen of British fashion, presented at one of my favourite London locations, Elms Lesters Studio, demonstrating his urban, sartorial style - which I loved.
Travelling around the shows and presentations has been made a lot more comfortable thanks to Land Rover who leant me a brand new Range Rover. The driver is from Capstar Chauffeurs, a company that employees and gives opportunities to injured ex-servicemen and women. Having fought for his country in Afghanistan and after losing a limb, our driver Dan is an inspiration and it’s a pleasure to have him as part of the team this week.

The best way to alleviate the post-Christmas blues? Ogling hot boys, of course. Fortunately, they're out en mass* in celebration of London Collections: Men, which is bringing autumn/winter 2014 to the capital this week.

Последнюю обложку журнала Man of the World украшает фотография Дэвида Ганди, сделанная грандиозным фотографом John Balsom в горах Шотландии, для спец. выпуска Explorer(Исследователь).
What better way to start out 2014 than with one of the most recognizable faces in male modeling? Man of the World‘s latest cover features Mr. David Gandy grandly photographed by John Balsom in the stunning Scottish Highlands for their Explorer issue. The rugged editorial, of which we have 2 exclusive images, with styling by Julie Ragolia is combined with an in depth interview where David talks about his first job (hint, it wasn’t modeling), his love of cars and his charity work. After a late night and an early start, David Gandy selects his best moments from day 2 of London Collections: Men
Hackett at London Collections: Men Photo: PA
The first full day of London Collections:Men came to an close on Monday with Marks & Spencer surprising everyone (again) with their stylish Best of British collection, and standing out with their choice of handsome, masculine models.
It had been a long day, but well worth it. And it wasn't over yet. After those various shows and presentations we were treated to dinner at the Mayfair steakhouse 34 by Tommy Hilfiger and Jonathan Newhouse, which, in the company of Tinie Tempah, Tracey Emin, Natalie Massenet, Caroline Rush and others, was great fun. This was followed by the LC:M party hosted by Esquire magazine at the Rosewood Hotel, where I bumped into my friend Luke Evans, who had taken a break from shooting every major feature film going to have a Johnnie Walker with me and Esquire's editor, Alex Bilmes, the only man in the packed room who could get served instantly at the bar - one of the perks of being the party's host.
After a late finish, before I knew it I was queueing for coffees for us all on our journey back in for day two of LC:M.

As an ambassador for London Collections:Men, I try and do something special for the shows. This year I worked with Neil Fennell to design my own suit and overcoat, complete with my name embroidered on the collar - which provided a blast of school-day nostalgia and is a good way to ensure I don't lose it!

Day two saw another packed schedule, with JW Anderson, Christopher Raeburn, Margaret Howell, Richard James and Hackett all on the menu.
James Long's show at the Old Sorting Office really stood out for me, with it's blue-haired models and sci-fi influenced, futuristic, quilted bomber jackets (which I have on my list to buy) and their mid-length coats which I've seen a lot over the past two days.
Hackett (Photo: PA)
I always look forward to Hackett and as usual it was a great show - polished, British and with a really fun twist plus luggage to die for and a beautiful tartan rug gifted to each of us who went - which has already been allocated a space in my new home.
It's been a wet, grey day, cheered up by everyone being in great spirits thanks to the shows and events, and whilst (as I write) day two isn't over yet, I'm already looking forward to this evening's festivities - and, of course, to another packed day tomorrow.

It isn't just the designers on show that catch GQ's eye at London Collections: Men - it's the well-dressed attendees, too. Here's a few that have caught our photographer Dvora's eye so far this season - look out for regular updates throughout the week.
